The Communications Agency (TCA) US division, TCAPR, has an immediate opening for an experienced Graphic Designer with a specialty in Brand Identity, Logo Typing, with an expertise in seller / product distinction . The opportunity offers hands-on experience in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, Public Relations and integrated marketing firm. TCA seeks self-starters, open to gaining broad experience and sharing creativity through creative ideas and editorial content. The incumbent will work on developing logos, brand identity, logotypes, brand messaging and advertising creative. Position also includes: Typesetting, artwork preparation and file formatting for offset and digital and online print.  TCA exposes employees to entertainment, corporate, nonprofit and restaurant and public relations, marketing and business development.

  • Integrity and honesty a must
  • Excellent portfolio
  • 5 - 8 yrs or more demontrated experience in Graphic Design and Brand Identity
  • Displays effective design concept; 
  • Able to work in a team and independent setting; 
  • Detail oriented and conscientious; requiring little follow-up; 
  • Experience with or interest in Entertainment , Consumer, Public Relations, Publicity and Event Marketing or Special Events
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task

General Responsibilities:
  • Concept and Design of Logotypes and brand identity
  • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
  • Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
  • Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors.
  • Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
  • Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
